Best Italian Restaurant in Closter

I cannot even say enough good things about this place. The food is incredible. We had the pasta arrabbiata and the portobello mushroom ravioli in a cream sauce. It was sinfully delicious. The service was warm and friendly. You could tell it was a restaurant full of regulars. Family friendly, real Italian ambiance. The table next to me saw me taking pics and offered their opinion - they'd been coming for years and never had a bad experience. It is BYOB which I actually love about places. There is a wine shop on the corner so it's easy. Good parking. I will be back many many times. Highly recommend. UPDATE: I can't believe it's been 6 years since my first review! Now we are happy regulars here. Wonderful date night place. The food is still fantastic. The arrabbiata continues to be a favorite, also highly recommend the eggplant rollatini. Honestly the award-winning chef doesn't miss.

Delicious Food and Great service!! However, we drove past it three times looking for it. Luckily on the third try we found it! They really need better signs and some lights outside. It is hard to notice this restaurant- glad we did but it probably loses a lot business due to the dark outside and poor outdoor signage. Great restaurant though! We will return! :)

love this restaurant! very traditional authentic Italian cuisine. dishes are large and delicious, daily specials might be a little expensive but usually worth it. also you get bread and butter which are really good and salad (tasty but with a lot of oil). highly recommended!!
